When and why consider coaching session? Some typical but not exhaustive examples....
You do not have to have "problems" to consider coaching sessions. Curiosity is enough, however generally most people consider coaching more intensely in one of the following situations:
During the coaching session you will learn to use specific exercises to guide you in the exploration of whatever you are working on, so you will be able to use them at home according to your own needs.

- You would like to have an outside perspective to what you are dealing with
- You do have a clear picture of where you want to go, but you also realize that the path is quite uphill and it would be good to have some support to help you through the difficult parts
- You know where you are going and what you need to develop professionally and/or personally, but you just want good tools and human help to put them into practice.
- You notice that you seem to run up against similar situations that you would like to change
- You somehow cannot make a decision, because there are so many diverging opinions and many "Yes, but on the other hand...."
- You feel at times separate and alienated from the world, your work and yourself, you kind of lost the inner compass and some kind of resignation to "that's the way it is" has set in.
- You have some people at your work or at home that you really do not manage to get on with and that really stresses you
- Your mind is an endless chatterbox and you would like to experience some mental stillness every now and again

We are available for personal and online sessions, for individuals, couples and small teams to address personal and professional issues at our or your premises. We offer

We are available for personal and online sessions, for individuals, couples and small teams to address personal and professional issues at our or your premises. We offer
- Short-term coaching (1-5 sessions) to address a specific issue or to develop new goals for individuals (1 - 2 persons at a time)
- Long-term accompaniment over a number of weeks or months (mentoring) with regard to a specific situation or simply when you would like to know that there is a sounding board available, should the necessity arise.
- One-off consultations in case of necessity (for clients that are already familiar with the tools we use)
- The first session is always free, so we can get to know each other and evaluate what would be the best way to proceed, if you wish to do so.

- an increase in free attention,
- release of tension or emotional charge (where applicable),
- more clarity on the next steps or wider goals and
- extra inspiration to bring your visions into being

Requirements for successful coaching
- Best results can be expected if you have some explorer spirit when visiting and investigating the workings of your inner world and the courage to be honest with yourself, even if it does not respond to your usual self-perception of who you think you are.
- Another important asset is your willingness to take personal responsibility for your own consciousness even though it might seem that the problem is out there.
- Adopting the viewpoint that you might have some kind of contribution in whatever happens to you allows you to stay a player rather than a victim. The player perspective is simply more effective if to change a situation or a pattern, even if you are in a real or felt "victim" position
